A January Update: CES 2015, Android and Linkin Park Contest
Open Labs and Intel are excited to be back in Las Vegas together for the International CES conference. CES, The Consumer Electronics Show, provides a meeting place for businesses to showcase exciting innovations in the consumer electronics world. With our presence at CES this year, Open Labs and Intel are working towards expanding our touch-friendly Windows music creation app, Stagelight, to the world’s fastest growing OS platform, Android.
We sat down with Matthew Presley, Stagelight Product Manager, to further discuss our presence at CES this year and our plans for the Android version of the App. Matt explained. “This year at CES, Open Labs will be joining Intel on the main floor to showcase Stagelight for Android. Intel’s new low-latency architecture for Android has created the perfect touch responsiveness for performing music with Stagelight’s on-screen drum pads, keys and virtual effects. Now Android users can create, share and play music like never before. Stagelight BETA for Android is available today and is absolutely FREE for anyone to download with a compatible Intel device. The list of Android devices with Stagelight compatibility will be growing in 2015 and we will definitely keep you updated as this list expands. ”
